Elemental Chi Kung creates a powerful understanding of our chi (energy) flows. It helps us tap into our intrinsic healing potential for ourselves and for others and to live with optimum vitality.
These workshops can be taken individually or together as a series to become a teacher or for your own depth of practice (there are 10 in each series)
Taken as a series over the two years you will experience a deep and profound cleansing and rejuvenation of your whole self as we move through the elements (including organs and meridians for each element) and then into the deeper chi flows of the alchemy series.
As part of these modules, using Willa's knowledge as a medicine woman, we also tap into plant medicine and essential oils for each element - using all our senses to unlock powerful healing and rejuvenation.
This workshop looks at the Wood Element, the element of growth and transformation.
We will clarify the relationship between Wood and Harmonious Organ flow and develop the relationship between Wood and Smooth Movement.
Wood creates a light delicate flow of Chi through the whole system.
