Elemental Transformation  - personal and global alchemy

Elemental Transformation is a co-lab between transformational agents Wilhemeena Monroe and Beata Mazur, together they bring their deep resources to weave an Elemental concoction of transformational dance, qi gong, chakra alignment, energy work and emotional clearing.

Just like the Earth, we are made up of elements. Through consciously working with them we can access a state of coherence and balance (personal and global). With deep embodiment, mindful activations and intentional practices we can transform ourselves as well as the earth. 

Through working with the body we are capable of unlocking deeply held patterns and open to more resources from the ever abundant universe. By tuning into each element, transforming our relationship to it and activating it in ways that heal, we restore balance and bring ourselves back to a deeper sense of peace and alignment with our world. 

Join Bea and Willa as we deep dive into the alchemical makeup of ourselves and the Earth.

Day retreat format:

1-3pm Intro and Element exploration - Aspects of the element - how they show up in our systems - how they work together 

Opening our energy centres, connecting all of our bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual) to each of the elements and using emotional clearing tools to release resistance and unconscious blocks holding you back from embodying and expressing this element in a healthy and supportive way.

3 - 3.30pm - break

3.30 - 5.30pm one element in depth

5.30 - 6pm closing mediation/integration
