Earth Mama Mug

I concocted this delicious elixir while tuning into the earth module for the Elemental Alchemy series Earth module 2021.
I call her the mama earth mug, earthy, grounding, nourishing and full of chocolately goodness.

Recipe:

1 cup of home-made nut mylk
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1Tbsp rose water
1 Tbsp tahini
1 teaspoon coconut sugar or maple syrup (for a little sweetness)
1 teaspoon of masons mushrooms
Half teaspoon of rose petals
3-4 cacao butter buttons

Heat nut mylk, tahini, cacao powder and sweet in a pot - until nice and hot - stirring it up and adding some love. Take off the heat and add everything else - wizz with a stick wizz to make it nice and thick and creamy.

Add a sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon on the top and some extra rose petals and this is your new favourite- super grounding, nourishing and delicious - with a serious yum factor.
